The Website provides information about the Dishcovr mobile app, restaurant dashboard, and related services. It may also allow visitors to:

• Request information about Dishcovr services.

The Website does not provide booking or subscription services directly.

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Website’s functionality.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Dishcovr (“we”, “our”, “us”). Dishcovr is a mobile application that allows users to discover restaurants through dish photo feeds, reviews, and to request reservations via third-party booking providers integrated with participating restaurants.

By creating an account or using Dishcovr, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use Dishcovr. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Services Provided

Dishcovr provides:

• A discovery feed of dishes, restaurants, and reviews.
• The ability to create a user profile, upload photos, and post reviews.
• A booking facilitation service that connects you to a restaurant’s third-party booking system (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable, EatApp).

⚠️ Dishcovr does not process or manage reservations directly. Restaurants and their booking providers are responsible for confirming and managing reservations.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account or impersonate others.

Dishcovr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of the photos, reviews, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Dishcovr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app. Your content must be truthful, relevant, and based on your own experience.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post:

• Content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Offensive, discriminatory, obscene, violent or illegal material.
• Content that promotes alcohol, drugs, gambling, or adult services.
• Advertising, spam, or self-promotion not authorized by Dishcovr.
• False, misleading or Defamatory statements about restaurants, staff, or other users.

Dishcovr reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
